Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile. I am an integrative Counsellor, which means I am trained in all the main theories and types of counselling. After over 20 years of working with people, I am able to tailor what I do to the needs of each person. But there is one main thread running through my practice, Logotherapy. This way of working has allowed me to help resolve difficulties caused by Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Loss, PTSD, Abuse... It is a transformative work.

About me and my practice
What you can expect when working with me is that we will together find your way to a more peaceful, and meaningful life.
Because we do not chose our family of origin, our social background, we might not have received the support and nurture we needed. The work we will do together will allow you, to choose who you want to be. By developing your self-knowledge, you will walk away from self-doubt and self-criticism. You will find that encouraging and supportive side, most of us have left behind. When we internalised, criticisms or even abuse, when life became so difficult that our inner world made us turn inwards . You can tune back into the real you, you will then find it natural, to go out in the world and be who, deep down you know you can be.
The great news is: it is not a long and painful path. It is a great journey of discovery.
Experience
I have helped people for the last 20 years. Successfully addressing : Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Trauma, Suicidal thoughts, Addiction, Loss and bereavement, End of Life.
I work with individuals, couples and families.
I have worked in practice face to face, but since my experience during the lockdown, I have found that working online is as efficient. It allows me to not be geographically limited.

The first session can be done online or over the phone and is free as it lasts only 20 minutes. It allows us to break the ice, decide how we will work together and answer any questions you might have.
